Everyday Mobile Recharge Voucher

 

Buy a voucher in-store and recharge by calling 555 free of charge from your handset or log into My Mobile Account and go to the Recharge page to enter your 10 digit Recharge Voucher PIN number. You can buy Everyday Mobile recharge vouchers from Woolworths, Safeway, BIG W, Dick Smith, participating Caltex Woolworths co-branded outlets, Dan Murphy’s and BWS Stores. Plus when you swipe your linked Everyday Rewards Card in-store you will receive 100 Qantas Frequent Flyer points with every recharge.

 

Credit Card Recharge

 

Simply click here and recharge using your credit card or recharge with a credit card by calling 1202 from your mobile handset (standard call rates apply).

 

To change plans you must do so before recharging. If you switch from the Chatterbox plan to the Simple Saver plan, any remaining Bonus credit will no longer be available but your Standard credit will roll over. It will then have the same expiry date as your first recharge on your new plan.

 

When does my recharge credit expire?

 

With the Simple Saver plan you can use your credit for up to 100 days after recharging. If you recharge on the Chatterbox plan you can use your credit for up to 30 days after recharging. You need to load your recharge voucher within 3 months of buying it. You’ll get a text message on your mobile when your credit is running low.

 

Does my recharge credit get "rolled over" if I keep recharging?

 

Yes, on the Simple Saver plan when you recharge again within the 100 day expiry period the expiry date on both your existing and new credit will be extended for a further 100 days, starting from the date of your latest recharge.
 
For example:
• I recharge with $20 on the 1/09/2009. The expiry date on the $20 recharge credit is 09/12/2009 (100 days after the 01/09/2009).
• One month later (1/10/2009) I have a $5 credit left and decide to recharge with another $20. This means I have a total of $25 credit now on my Everyday Mobile SIM card. The new expiry date on my total credit of $25 is 08/01/2010 (100 days after the 01/10/2009).
On the Chatterbox plan when you recharge again within the 30 day expiry period the expiry date on both your existing, new and Bonus credit will be extended for a further 30 days, starting from the date of your latest recharge.
 
 

 How can I check my account balance?

 

Dial 555 on your mobile and follow the prompts. Or log in to My Mobile Account and go to My Mobile to check Available Credit.
