1 The Everyday Rewards Program:
Using an Everyday Rewards Card (the “Card”) will make it easier for you to keep track of and redeem Fuel Saving Vouchers. In addition, if you register your Card with us (see ‘How to register your Card’ below) you may be able to access member only benefits.
Member only benefits include:
- The ability to add registered Cards held by your family or friends (see How to add additional cards below) to your account to share Fuel Saving Vouchers.
- You may qualify for other promotions and special benefits which may be offered from time to time ("Other Benefits").
- The ability to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points for spending the qualifying amount (as advertised from time to time) in participating Woolworths' stores. To be eligible to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points you need to join the Qantas Frequent Flyer program and link your Qantas Frequent Flyer account to your Everyday Rewards card. Then, you must present your Everyday Rewards Card every time you shop.
Membership to the Everyday Rewards Program is free. You can pick up a Card from a Woolworths/Safeway Supermarket, BIG W store, BWS store or Dick Smith store. To register your Card visit the Everyday Rewards website at www.everydayrewards.com.au (“Website”) or call our Customer Service Centre (“Call Centre”) on 1300 10 1234.
You can use your Card at Woolworths/Safeway Supermarkets (“Supermarkets”), BIG W stores ("BIG W Stores"), CALTEX WOOLWORTHS/SAFEWAY co-branded fuel outlets (“Fuel Outlets”), Woolworths/Safeway Liquor, BWS stores (“BWS stores”), Dick Smith ("Dick Smith stores") and Cellarmasters Wines (“Cellarmasters”). The Everyday Rewards Program does not operate in:
Supermarkets or Woolworths/Safeway Liquor or BWS stores in Tasmania; and
Dick Smith which are reseller stores.
You may have applied or been issued with the Everyday Rewards Qantas credit card. When you applied for or were issued with the Everyday Rewards Qantas Credit Card, if you were not already a member of the Everyday Rewards Program or the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program or your memberships were not linked, then you would have automatically been registered for membership and your memberships linked.
The Everyday Rewards Qantas Credit Card will have a barcode on the back of the credit card. The barcode relates to the Everyday Rewards Program. When you shop at participating Woolworths stores, you must present your Credit Card to the checkout operator to have the barcode on the back of the card scanned to accrue any membership benefits under the Everyday Rewards Program. Scanning the barcode is separate from using the Everyday Rewards Qantas Credit Card as a payment mechanism. There are separate and additional terms and conditions (including privacy) governing your Everyday Rewards Qantas Credit Card (these are provided in the application process for that credit card). There are fees and charges applying to your Everyday Rewards Qantas Credit Card. These are also set out in the terms and conditions for that credit card. If you have an Everyday Rewards Credit Card, references in these terms to “Card”, means the credit card but only in respect of the Everyday Rewards Program.
If you cancel your Everyday Rewards Qantas credit card, you can still receive the benefits of your Everyday Rewards and Qantas Frequent Flyer memberships.
2 To Qualify for a Fuel Saving Voucher:
To receive a saving off the standard purchase price of fuel at CALTEX WOOLWORTHS/SAFEWAY co-branded fuel outlets, you must spend at least the qualifying amount (as advertised from time to time) in one transaction at a participating Woolworths/Safeway Supermarket and swipe your Card at the checkout before paying for your purchases. Your Fuel Saving Voucher will then be electronically loaded onto your Card. There are some limits and exclusions which we advertise on our Website. The Fuel Saving Offer excludes, for example, purchases of Wish Gift Cards. It also excludes purchases of smoking and tobacco products in some States and Territories. The maximum fuel saving per litre that you can receive per transaction cannot exceed the cost per litre of fuel purchased regardless of the fuel saving voucher that you have qualified for.
For full terms and conditions for Fuel Saving Offers visit woolworthspetrol.com.au.
Multiple Fuel Saving Voucher can be loaded on your Card. If you have registered your Card (for "How to Register your Card" see below) you can check the status of the Fuel Saving Vouchers stored on your Card by visiting our Website or calling our Call Centre. If you believe an error has occurred on your Card, please call 1300 10 1234.
3 To Redeem a Fuel Saving Voucher:
One Fuel Saving Voucher may be redeemed against a fuel purchase from a Fuel Outlet before its expiry date by swiping your Card at the Fuel Outlet before paying for your Fuel. A Fuel Saving Offer expires 28 days after the time of issue, if not redeemed.
The saving value of a Fuel Saving Voucher may vary from time to time and will be advertised in store at participating Supermarkets. The saving value of a Fuel Saving Voucher stored on your Card will not change after it is issued.
A limit of one Fuel Saving Voucher per fuel purchase transaction, per vehicle for a fuel purchase up to 150 litres applies. If more than one Fuel Saving Voucher is stored on your Card, the Fuel Saving voucher with the highest saving value will automatically be redeemed first.
This ensures that you receive the benefit of the maximum Fuel Saving first but it may result in an earlier Voucher expiring prior to redemption.
Where Fuel Saving Vouchers are of the same value, the Fuel Saving Voucher with the earliest expiry date will automatically be redeemed first.
If there is no valid entitlement to a Fuel Saving Voucher on your Card, Woolworths is not obliged to offer you a saving on your fuel purchase.
Fuel Saving Offers are not available in conjunction with, or in addition to any other Woolworths offer, benefit or promotion, unless otherwise stated. A Fuel Saving Voucher cannot be redeemed on purchases:
• of LPG at designated CALTEX WOOLWORTHS/SAFEWAY co-branded fuel outlets; or
• on any Caltex Starcard, or
• of non fuel products.
You can also choose to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points instead of fuel savings through the redemption of Fuel Saving Vouchers – see section 11 (“To swap fuel savings for Qantas Frequent Flyer points through the redemption of Fuel Saving Vouchers”).
4 How to Register your Card:
If you also wish to become an Everyday Rewards member you must first register your Card on our Website or phone our Call Centre on 1300 10 1234 . See “Other Benefits” below for more benefits of registering your Card.
There is a limit of one registered Card per person.
A registered Card is not transferable, and may only be used by the registered cardholder. It is your responsibility to keep your personal details updated. If your personal details change and you fail to notify us of the change we might not be able to offer or provide to you the Other Benefits and may need to cancel your Card.
If you no longer wish to be a member of the Everyday Rewards program but still wish to continue to use your Card to store and redeem your accrued Fuel Saving Offers you can deregister your Card by telephoning the Call Centre. By deregistering your Card you will no longer be able to track where you have accrued and redeemed your Fuel Saving Vouchers, be eligible to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points, be added to other registered Cards or be able to receive Other Benefits.
If an unregistered Card is lost, any Fuel Saving Vouchers loaded on the Card can not be replaced.
If a Primary Card is deregistered, any Cards that are added to that Primary Card will be removed. Any current Fuel Saving Voucher in the Account will be credited back to the Card that accumulated them.
If a Card, other than the Primary Card, deregisters, all current Fuel Saving Voucher that were accumulated by that cardholder will be credited to their Card. All other cardholders will remain added to the Account and will continue to access the current Fuel Saving Voucher recorded in the Account.
5 Other Benefits:
If you register your Card and shop at a Supermarket, BIG W store, BWS store, Dick Smith store or Cellarmasters, you will qualify for any Other Benefits which may be offered from time to time. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Other Benefits promotions.
Other Benefits include:
• The ability to add Cards held by your family (see ‘How to add your family or friends to your account to share Fuel Saving Vouchers’ below), member only discounts and newsletters and automatic entry into prize draw competitions which may be run from time to time.
• Other Benefits also include discounts and exclusive offers from members of the Woolworths Group.
Other Benefits will accrue to the Card to which they are issued. Other Benefits can only be redeemed by that cardholder and can not be accessed by any additional cardholders.
If at any time you do not wish to receive these Other Benefits from any one of our businesses you can telephone our Call Centre or click the unsubscribe link on an email that you have received from us.
6 How to add your family or friends to your account to share Fuel Saving Vouchers:
If you have registered your Card, you can add Cards to your account which has been registered by your family or friends, either online or by telephoning our Call Centre. Our Website may refer to this as “linking”. When you add other registered Cards to your account, you may be required to supply personal information for verification purposes.
You should note that all additional cardholders may utilize your current entitlements without your prior knowledge. In registering any additional Cards you consent to those cardholders accessing your accrued entitlements.
All Fuel Saving Vouchers loaded on additional Cards will be credited to one account (the “Account”). The Account will be available to be drawn on by each additional cardholder so that any additional cardholder may redeem a valid Fuel Saving Voucher credited to the Account. If an additional cardholder uses a Fuel Saving Offer loaded on an Account, that Fuel Saving Voucher is accepted as redeemed and is no longer available for redemption by other cardholders.
Other Benefits will not be credited to an Account but will remain on the Card that accumulated them. Other Benefits can only be redeemed by that cardholder.
If you want to add cardholders to your Account, you and your family or friends must nominate one Card as the primary Card (“Primary Card”).
A maximum of 5 Cards (including the Primary Card) may be added together.
If you decide that you no longer want to be a primary or additional cardholder to other Card(s), you can remove other cardholders from your account by logging on to our Website and clicking “unlink your cards” or by telephoning our Call Centre.
A Primary cardholder can remove other Card(s) without the other cardholders’ consent.
If a Primary cardholder removes other Card(s), all other Cards in the Account will be removed. The current Fuel Saving Offers in the Account will be credited back to the cardholder that accumulated them.
If a Card, other than the Primary Card, wishes to be removed from the Account, any current Fuel Saving Offers that they accumulated will be credited to their Card and will not be available for redemption by the remaining cardholders in the Account.
7 The Qantas Frequent Flyer program:
The Qantas Frequent Flyer program is owned, operated and administered by Qantas Airways Limited ABN 16 009 661 901 (“Qantas”). You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem Qantas Frequent Flyer points.
Qantas Frequent Flyer program membership is determined by Qantas, not Woolworths Limited (“Woolworths”). Woolworths determines some matters, such as the qualifying threshold and the Earn Rate described at 'To earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points' below. Membership of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, points (following them being credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account), certain other benefits (including earning, crediting, redeeming and expiry of points), the number of points required to be redeemed for Awards (as described in the Qantas Frequent Flyer program) and changes to the number of points required to be redeemed for Awards are all subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions (“QFF Terms”). Qantas may change the QFF Terms from time to time.
The QFF Terms include terms and conditions for earning Qantas Frequent Flyer points on Qantas and other airlines (and other non-airline partners), redeeming points for Awards, changes to the program, cancellation of your membership and/or points, expiry of points, privacy related matters etc. Other terms and conditions for earning points from other Qantas' program partners, and for redemptions and Awards, also apply.
Qantas may make decisions about the Qantas Frequent Flyer program which may affect your earning and redemption of Qantas Frequent Flyer points and membership of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
For the QFF Terms and for detailed information about the Qantas Frequent Flyer program and the QFF Terms, and changes to each, please see qantas.com/frequentflyer Qantas may apply different rules to you according to whether you join the Qantas Frequent Flyer program without providing an email address.

Your preference cannot be backdated for transactions carried out before the date you choose your preference. Your preference will only apply to future transactions. You cannot change your preference for one month from the date that you choose your preference.
If you do not change your preference to swap fuel savings for Qantas Frequent Flyer points, you will continue to receive fuel savings when you fill up at participating Caltex Woolworths/Safeway co-branded fuel outlets and present your registered Everyday Rewards card to redeem a Fuel Saving Voucher.
