Everyday mobile getting started

 

Follow these simple steps to get started.

Step 1:

BUY a Woolworths Everyday Mobile SIM Card

Drop into your nearest Woolworths, Safeway, BIG W or Dick Smith store to buy an Everyday Mobile SIM Pack. Government regulation requires us to ask for your name and address and sight certain identification documents such as a drivers licence or passport.

 


Step 2:

INSERT your new Everyday Mobile SIM card into your mobile

  • Find the SIM card number under the barcode on the large plastic card that holds the small SIM.
  • You can use a Woolworths Everyday Mobile SIM card in any unlocked Approved Mobile Handset. Contact your existing service provider about unlocking your mobile.
  • Choose a Pre-Paid mobile number when you activate your new SIM card.
  • If you want to keep your existing mobile number, you need to tell us the mobile number and account number (if you're on a post-paid plan) from your existing carrier. You don't need to cancel the service you have with the other carrier first. You'll need to check with your existing carrier as costs may apply.


Step 3:

ACTIVATE your Everyday Mobile SIM card in one of 2 ways

  • Online: Click here to activate now. (Note if you have a recharge voucher you can also load Everyday Mobile credit online when you activate.)
  • Over the phone: call 1201 from your mobile handset.


Step 4:

RECHARGE your Everyday Mobile Pre-Paid online or over the phone.
