The personal information that we collect and store will to some extent depend on the Everyday Mobile services you request from us and the use you make of those Everyday Mobile services. So that we can provide those services to you, we may ask for personal details such as your name, current address, previous address, telephone number, mobile number, date of birth, occupation, email address, driver’s licence number and passport number. We may also ask for your bank account name & number and /or credit card name & number from where you authorise us to take payments for the Everyday Mobile services you use with us.
We may also collect information about Everyday Mobile services that you have used or are using and the way you have used or are using those Everyday Mobile services, including your preferences, call usage history – date, time, location, duration, destination and type of call, charges you incur – including how much you spend and third party services you may use. Additionally we may collect and store records of communications between Woolworths and you, relating to the Everyday Mobile services we provide to you, including calls you make to and discussions you have with, the Everyday Customer Service Centre.
Woolworths collects personal information about you in order to provide personalised Everyday Mobile services to you.
The personal information you provide to us will enhance the products and services that we offer you.
Generally, you have no obligation to provide any information requested by us. If you choose to withhold requested information however, we may not be able to provide you with the Everyday Mobile services that depend on the collection of that information, particularly if the collection of that information is required by law.
We collect your personal information in a number of ways:

Directly from you, for example when you purchase an Everyday Mobile SIM Starter Kit, when you activate the Everyday Mobile service with us and apply to become an Everyday Mobile customer, when you provide information to the Everyday Customer Service Centre or submit your personal details through the Everyday Mobile website, and when you participate in competitions and promotions that we may offer from time to time;

From third parties, such as other members of the Woolworths’ group of companies, Woolworths’ suppliers, agents, contractors or other service providers of telecommunications services;

From publicly available sources of information, including government and regulatory agencies; and

From our records of how you use the Everyday Mobile services.
How is Personal Information used?
The personal information that we ask for is generally used to provide personalised Everyday Mobile services to you.
Accordingly, Woolworths will use your personal information to:

Verify your identity as required by government and regulatory authorities;

Assist you to apply for and use the Everyday Mobile services;

Provide the Everyday Mobile services to you, including provisioning and connecting you to the service; and

Charge and bill you for the Everyday Mobile services you use.
In the course of providing the Everyday Mobile services to you, Woolworths may also use your personal information for related purposes, which include the following:

Providing services through the Everyday Customer Service Centre and the Everyday Mobile website;

Investigating complaints you make in relation to your use of the Everyday Mobile services;

Investigating faults in relation to your use of the Everyday Mobile services;

Informing you of ways the Everyday Mobile services provided to you can be improved;

Understanding your information and communications needs to provide you better mobile telecommunications services;

Conducting market and product analysis and sending you product and services information relating to the Everyday Mobile services you use; and

Managing, testing and improving the business and technical systems needed to provide the Everyday Mobile services to you.
We may also use your personal information in other ways to provide you with superior service. This may include using your personal information to advise you of new products, services and promotions offered by us from time to time, which may or may not be related to the Everyday Mobile services that you have used or are currently using.
We may inform you about other products, services and promotions, together with other members of the Woolworths’ group of companies, Woolworths’ marketing partners with whom Woolworths shares its marketing and advertising activities or other companies that provide products and services in conjunction with or on behalf of Woolworths.
We will not provide your personal information to these entities for the purpose of them contacting you about products and services with which Woolworths is not involved.
We will inform you about products, services and promotions through postal mail, email, SMS/text messages, telephone calls (even if you have registered your number with the Do Not Call Register) or any other means of direct communication. We will do this whilst you are a Woolworths customer and for a reasonable period after you have ceased to become a Woolworths customer.
Woolworths’ aim is to provide the best products and services to meet your needs and so would like to keep you up to date with all the great products, services and promotions it has on offer from time to time.
However, if you do not wish to receive marketing information from Woolworths, about products, services and promotions that do not relate to the Everyday Mobile services that you are currently using, please contact the Everyday Customer Service Centre on 1300 10 1234 and inform them that you do not wish to receive marketing information from Woolworths.
Even if you have requested not to receive marketing information about products, services and promotions that do not relate to the Everyday Mobile services that you are currently using, we will still contact you with important information about the Everyday Mobile services that you are currently using, such as changes to pricing, features and terms and conditions.
Woolworths engages a number of suppliers and contractors to deliver the Everyday Mobile services to you. We will disclose your personal information to those suppliers and contractors, only in relation to Woolworths providing the Everyday Mobile services to you. The services these suppliers and contractors provide to Woolworths from time to time include, but are not limited to:

Customer services;

Mailing operations;

Charging and billing operations;

Information technology services;

Technical and telecommunications network services;

Installation, maintenance and repair services;

Legal, accounting and financial services;

Direct marketing and telemarketing services; and

Woolworths makes every effort to ensure that any supplier or contractor to whom it discloses your personal information is bound by strict confidentiality and privacy obligations so that your personal information is protected.
Woolworths may also disclose your personal information to:

Your authorised representatives, including lawyers and accountants when requested by you;

Credit reporting agencies if applicable;

Other telecommunications, content and information service providers, for billing, porting, network routing and other government related purposes;

The Integrated Public Number Database which is currently managed by the Telstra Corporation; and

Where possible, we try to ensure that our disclosure of information to other organisations (for example market researchers, and others with whom we have commercial arrangements) is in a way which does not personally identify individuals.
We will provide you with access to any of your personal information we hold (except in the limited circumstances recognised by privacy law). We will provide you with reasons where we deny you access to your personal information.
If you require access to your personal information, please contact the Everyday Customer Service Centre on 1300 10 1234. Of course, before we provide you with access to your personal information we will require some proof of identity. For most requests, your information will be provided free of charge, however we may charge a reasonable fee if your request requires a substantial effort on our part.
If your request is complex, we may need some time to address your request, which in most circumstances will be within 30 days of receiving your request.
If you need to update your information in relation to your Everyday Mobile service (eg. if you change your address), please contact the please contact the Everyday Customer Service Centre on 1300 10 1234 so we can make the change.
Woolworths will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we retain about you is accurate.
Woolworths relies principally on the information you provide. Accordingly you should contact the Everyday Customer Service Centre on 1300 10 1234 if there are any inaccuracies in your personal information and to keep us aware of any changes to your personal information, such as your name and contact details.
Woolworths acknowledges its obligations to protect your privacy and personal information. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored in a secure environment to prevent any misuse, loss or unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Eg Woolworths will store your Personal Information in secure servers that are protected in restricted access facilities. Only authorised personnel can access your Personal Information for permitted purposes.
You should also ensure the security and safety of any passwords issued to you by Woolworths.
Woolworths has installed systems on its website to ensure that any personal information you provide online is secure.
Woolworths uses Cookies to ensure that you can make online transactions securely. Cookies are parcels of text that may be transferred from the Everyday Mobile website to your computer for record keeping purposes. Whilst cookies cannot confirm your identity or access your personal details, Woolworths may use cookies to determine your interest in different parts of the Everyday Mobile website, by recording site preferences. If you do not want Woolworths to track your online preferences, you can disable cookies on your computer.
